1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Regen AI websites, apps, APIs and models (the Services). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of prompts and uploads you provide. Subject to your plan, you own the images you generate and may use them commercially where your plan allows.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to create unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to bypass safety systems.
5. Open weights
Use of open model weights is governed by the Regen Open Licence published in our repository, in addition to these Terms.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. API usage is billed in arrears based on metered consumption. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Regen AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Questions can be sent to legal@regen.ai.
